I love the look of skinny jeans with slouchy, longer, or more voluminous tops to balance out the straight lines of the bottom. I'd wear them with tunics, shirtdresses, and shirts with an empire waist.
I usually go for flats with my jeans, but if you can walk in heels comfortably, more power to you. Two of my favorite pairs of shoes with skinny jeans are pointy flats and peep toe wedges, both from Steve Madden.

As you know Wedges, Flats, bright colors,stripes, polka dots....etc. are in right now so that would be a good look if you know how to combine all of it and still look fabulous!!!!!!
Then put on big chunky jewelries and bangles ( a must have!!) usually bright colors like orange or red pick the solors that will make you stand out in the crowd!!!!!!!!!!

I would go with a classic white t-shirt paired with a cute pair of tennis shoes or flip flops. I wouldn't go dramatic and buy high heels for it unless you're going out on the town or on a cute date. In that case, I'd maybe get a pair of cute red high heels or black ones and pair it with a white t-shirt. Hope that helps. I'd also look at www.spiegel.com to get some ideas. They generally pair up jeans with pretty refined shirts. I guess it depends on what look you're going for, whether it's casual or professional. Best of luck to you in the search for the right look. And of course, if you're going for the more hip and younger X-Generation look, I'd go to www.macys.com and click in the juniors department. Once you get there, click on jeans and they'll have models showing you what shirts you can pair the jeans up with including accessories :)

babydoll camisoles, ruffled tube tops, lacey flare tops.
for a smart chic look, try a collared button-up shirt (with details that you like... polka dots; ruffles; ribbons; lace; puffed sleeves)
with a wide belt at the waist.
pumps look great with skinny jeans. there are a huge variety now; from peep-toe pumps to pump wedges to pointed pumps with many details like ribbons, cool cuttings...

well skinny jeans look totally cute with a long top and a belt to go OVER the shirt and u sually boots and flats look hott

those off the shoulder shirts. complement them with a nice belt that you can put around your waist. as for shoes, go with strappy sandals..or heels.
