I have Chikka and I have never had any problems with it. You shouldn't have to erase it.
If you have any problems, then go to their website.

well that would depend.. If the chikka system allows you and gives no alert or response after sending 3 messages to one person, you're lucky.. But sometimes chikka can detect whether you've sent 3 messages or not and gives you an alert that a receiver must reply to at least one of your messages... In that case, erase the buddy name and send again.. If chikka gives that alert, it is for sure that it wasn't sent to the person you wished to have received your message....
I'll give you one tip: For you to send a message continuously to one person, just send him ONE MESSAGE for the first time. Then you can send a lot message when you log in again the next day or so... This is to avoid chikka from saying that the receiver must reply to some of your messages and this would give you the chance to send more messages in the future without worrying whether the receiver got your message...

Chikka only works half of the time.

they need to answer your text before you can text them again. it's new in chikka.
somebody told me if you delete and enter their number again, you can text them again 3 times. but you will not have this problem if they will answer your text.
