i lived in a boarding house with air conditioner and there's this lady who is the daughter of the owner who acts as the boss.
Imagine, she's just three years younger than me but she doesn't respect me.
Anyway, our room is airconditioned and has a remote control, but one day I was shocked to find out that she got the remote and told me to inform the helper if I want to turn on or off the aircon.
I was so mad so I silently get the remote control in the other room without her permission but days later she found it out and confiscated it. She has the authority to do that, but what is her point of getting the remote??... well, it doesn't help to decrease the electric bill and it's a hassle thing to the helper. Everytime I see her face, I just want to crush it and put a mud on her face. she really sucks!! hope you can help me on what I'll gonna do with the her

it all has to do w/ mind games. it's like dogs, an authority battle and only the better fighter can become the leader. use her strategy to play w/ her mind. set ur alarm clock as early as possible and do n e thing else to annoy her. if all else fails, u can always resort to spreading rumors but if u can find out dirt on her and make the rumors true.

Call HUD and have them talk to your landlord and helper. Once these people have an authority figure come down on them, they will chill out. Trust me, a bully always backs down.

find a new place but before you leave talk to the daughter of the owner and tell her that you have the right to use the airconditioner bec. that's one of the facility available and part of the monthly billing that you are paying is to make use of that facility.

Do you have any form of a written contract? Have you approached the landlord about it? Was this rental presented to you as air conditioned when you leased?

this is not the end of problems ,i am sure
but before leaving her house,do tell her what you think of her and in case you don't decide to leave ,tell herPOLITELY that she is not making sense and if she still doesn't get it,leave her alone

Do you need a remote to turn it on and off there should be a switch so you can do that manualy.

find the remote and smash it then tell her u want to be friends, get dirt, then blackmail. thats what i did to someone and it works(without the remote part)

play her at her own game, if she has something that annoys you take it off her then when she goes running to mummy put it back, make her mum think that shes going crazy
