NO... it sometimes means that you have a problem in your llife right now... suicide is the pu$$y way out!!!

Drowning in a dream is an immersion. This might not be a bad thing - only if you equate dying with being a bad thing. If you are afraid of death, then you are not sure of your 'destiny' after you die. Drowning may be a good thing if you are "drowning in something you like", yes?
Also, if you drowned in water in your dream, water is a purifier. The symbolism may be that you are immersed in a purification of something you are experiencing in real life. It may not be positive, and if not, you are feeling over-burdened. But, if you are unsure of the connection of your dream to real life, then that is unlikely, since it would be obvious to you, and you would not be asking this question. Make a note of this dream, and the current goings-on in your life right now. Then, in the future, if you have another dream of drowning, each one will make more sense than the last.

No u r not dead but your dream means that you are drowning to what you are now or having now. So try to change what are the unacceptable behavior you have now.

Of course not how else would you be talking here.. its only a dream maybe you just had a bad day and didnt get a good sleep try drinking some water before going to bed maybe it would help pray before sleeping and no matter what sleep with a smile on your face!!!

Dreams involving water are only a concern if the water is anything other than clear... dark or opaque water is a bad omen.
