Sometime Back A Mafia Don Accused The CIA Of Implanting Him With A Tracking Device When He Was In Surgery In Hospital. To Which The Official Reply From The CIA Was ' We Have Not Implanted Any Tracking Device In You, But We Do Not Speak For The Extra Terrestrials '. Needless To say That the Court Had Forced The CIA To Reply To His Accusations. The Name Of The accuser, I Do Not Remember.

The given story is not real... because the cases in CIA are kept confidential.. and how come he victim knew that he had an implant and the implant was a tracking device??
Suppose the story is real and u forgot the name of the accuser
then we can say that there are no aliens because there is no proof that aliens exist

This whole story sounds totally bogus to me. People who believe in ET abductions and gov't conspiracies of this nature tend to have what's known as very fantasy-prone personalities.
