Dragon Weather by Laurence Watt-Evans very, VERY good book...although i dont know what kind of motivation your looking for, but this book motivated me into reading more!

"Today Matters" by John Maxwell. It not so much motivates you as it does showing you the reality of life and why you can make changes to make your life better. The theme is that successful people make the right decisions early in life and then manage those decisions lately. On health, family, relationships, finances, values etc. Very readable and to the point.

I really liked it ... and it wasn't just think positive thoughts type of stuff. It focuses on making you figure out what you want and then how you plan to achieve those goals.

Way of the peaceful warrior. i forgot who its by, but its a short series (like 2 or 3 books). even if you only read one theyre great.
