He has a rebellious perspective to his movies. He seems to like change. He aslo has an interesting need to put a dance number in his films whenever he can sneak one in, case in point Malcolm X. I liked School Daze and Do the Right Thing. Crooklyn and Mo Better Blues were not that great. Malcolm X was just strange. Mybe his new film on New Orleans will be better, though I am sure it will be quite militant in its presentation. sometimes a sledgehammer is not the best of tools to use if you want to inspire change. He should know that by now.

Seen all of his movies. He's a great director and makes a lot of political statements in his movies. Racism, Poverty, Social status. Cant wait for the next ones.

He has made a couple of great films, a couple of good ones, and a couple of all-right ones. He can come off a little goofy sometimes in interviews.
Remember during the NBA finals, when he got the ball thrown to him?

I REALLY liked Do the Right Thing and think his other films are pretty good.

I can't stand him. Remember when he got all pissy when the TNN channel was changing to Spike? He didn't want them using "his" name. Holy Jeebus, what an ego.
