i went to the doctor and got a culture for trich and it said i didnt have it but i had no symptoms at the time

i had no symptoms at the time and now i have itching and some pain was it too early to know if i had it or is it just a yeast infection?

when i was tested i had no symptoms can someone tell me if it was too early to know if there was no signs

I am a doctor. Trichomonas and yeast infections are both itchy...but remember that when testing for Trichomonas, both sex partners should be tested....it is a mutual sex disease...yeast infections are more common in women.
