It seems I'm always awakened by the kids, dog, wind or whatever when I'm in the middle of a great dream. Is there anyway to coax my mind back into it? It seems if I wake up during a bad one, I can't get avoid going back into it no matter how hard I try, but can never find my way back into a good one. Why is that?

Weird but true: when I relax and try not to "get back" to the dream it happens that I do "return" to the dream, not always mind you, but sometimes also has to be pitch dark. However sometimes it happens with nightmares too which I hate...

so I guess my answer would be relax think of the dream in a pitch black room, sometimes it works...sometimes...its hard though
