The biggest risk is that she could contract an STD that could affect her baby. She can't get pregnant again (so no twins!), but she should get tested for STD's, because some of them can cause problems, especially during childbirth, because her baby would be exposed to the STD on her vagina. So the baby could actually catch the STD, and I know that at least one of them (chlamydia, I think) can cause blindness in the process.

Well, she won't get pregnant again if that's what you're worried about. There's always the chance of an STD with unprotected sex....and that would be bad for the baby too.

You could get sexual transmitted diseases. Aids to start with.
Chlamydia, herpes, gonorhea etc etc a long list that could cause a miscarriage.
You could also get HBV hepatitis which is not good for you, let alone the baby.

It means she's f*cking stupid for having unprotected sex and jeopardizing her health and her baby's health. STDs can make her very ill and could possibly harm her baby.
