Who would win in a fight?

Let's say the fight was held in Germany with thousands of raucous fans cheering for Hasselhoff as he rides in his newly revamped KITT 2006 Hybrid SUV sports sedan down the stadium ramp and into the ring all while singing "Hooked on a Feeling" and high fiving his legions of Deutschland followers. In the center of the stage he is greeted by a smug Simon Cowell who is sitting in his chair with a finger against his temple, and in a quick glance says to him, "Your music is absolute rubbish! I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to kick your @ss!" At that moment the crowd starts booing loudly as Simon gets up out of his seat. Then in a slow motion running scene, Hasselhoff advances Baywatch style towards Simon.
Simon knocks him out with one quick blow and says, "Is that the best you can do? That was absolutely pathetic! I've punched little girls that are tougher than you." Hasselhoff, laying on the ground, groggily smiles back and says, "Yeah, but this is Germany, my friend. Look around. People love me here and you're not getting out of this place in one piece." At that moment, the crowd goes wild and Simon looks up and realizes he made a very bad mistake. The winner is Hasselhoff and his legion of loyal German followers. ;)

Simon Cowell would. He would probably talk his way through the whole fight and David Hasselhoff would say enough! You win.
