...wow...just read over some of the other answers... do people really think it could be Mexico or China (or a number of the other countries listed), even if they just glanced at #1?... man... (added later: I thought the other answer read People's Republic of China. So, Republic of China is correct as well. In the US, the Republic of China is referred to as Taiwan. Refer to the CIA World Factbook entry listed below.)
