if you have the NRIC number of the person you want to check... you can go to SingPost and request for a credit report of that person. think the cost is around $5.25 (including GST)

I don't think such a service exists for the public to use. Government agencies can get the data from the IRAS I believe but there are privacy laws preventing the public from getting such data.

it may be abit hard.. cos you might also need the person's identitiy number to ensure you are checking the same person...
