Holland Village is the best place for that. They are really cheap and are made of good quality material. I'm thinking it cost me about 15 SING. I bought one years ago and it still looks the same as when I bought it!!! Good luck!!!

By the way, mine was real silk which requires it to be dry cleaned after being worn. If you buy silk-like material, you might be able to just handwash it and not have to pay dry cleaning fees!!
