This is so arrogent that I really don't want to answer it, but I will.
If you believe in God, then God made all people. Over the period of time people that lived on the equator and just above it and just below it have very dark skin. Why? because they lived in the sun and their bodies evolved so that the sun wouldn't kill them. The more north you go the lighter skinned the people. For instance my family came from sweden, where the summers are short and the sun is at an angle and the winters have an hour or two day light a winter. There was NO need for those people to have dark skin. Also languages are different in different parts of the world. In the past human stayed where they live. Now people move all over the place. If humans manage to continue to live on the earth...there will be very little difference between colors and language. The world isn't isolated anymore. As it took many generations for people's skin to adapt to their environment, it will also take a great deal of generations to blend the variety of skin colors. Remember inbreadig of people eventually deveolps some physical disorders.
Your question comes across crass and arrogent. But, I answered it in a mature honorable fashion.
BTW who made YOU?

Well since you said (asked) Who made black people, this is what I've been told...That back in the beginning of the day... when Cain killed Able, he was cursed by God and the Bible says that God put a mark on Cain so that all would know. Some people say that "the mark" that God put on Cain was to turn his skin black. But I don't know personally, I haven't talked to God in a while, and he doesn't confide those things in me..... other than that, all I know is that white people supposedly came down from the Caucaus (I think that's right, close any ways.) Mt.s where it wasn't as hot as Africa, and that is where they got the word "Caucasian",, because the people who came down from there were so white from lack of sun, and no tan I guess. Must've been very cold....

Adaptation, The hot African sun made their skin adjust to be able to take the hot sun with out burning. You notice how White people skin burn if they stay in the sun to long. When people left Africa to places like Russia they adapted to the cooler climates and became liter colors.

no one made a specfic colour for people, its to do with where they were born and how they evolved, people in hot contries have darker skin partly cause the skin has been in the sun for generations and also cause they suns radiation doesnt sink in as much.
people from colder contries such as poland and even england tend to have lighter skin because theyve not been exposed as much and the suns not as strong

They started out white but white was not compatible with the weather so the people who survived gradually evolved with darker and darker skin.
Darwin called it Natural Selection.

If you're a Christian, God made them. If you're an evolutionist, they evolved from monkeys. There are other beginnings explained in other religions. Pick the one that works for you.
