You don't need to do all these bla bla bla.. . Just right click on the disk which you have to clean and select properties There you can see the disk clean up in the general tab itself. As easy as it seems

In your start menu. Click on the following in order, If you are running Windows: Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disc Cleanup... ...
