I was just wondering if he is latino or caucasian and does caucasian mean white?

Cristiano Ronaldo is mostly White/Mediterranean like other people from Southern Europe, but he has some African influence from his grand-mother, hence the darker tan than other full-blooded Portuguese.
Cristiano's grand-mother was from Cape Verde (an old colony of Portugal located off the African coast). However, Cristiano was born and grew up in Portugal, so he is not latino.
General Latino Definition
Latino as Race = Central and South America.
Latino as Linguistic Origin = Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, and Romanian.

Cristiano Ronaldo is of mixed race: mainly Portuguese (white) and some Cape Verdean (black) blood. Although he has that Cape Verdean influence from his mother side, I would include him as part of the White/Southern European group (also known as Mediterranean).

well i guess he is caucasian because im looking in the dictionary and it says
caucasian : of pertaining to, or belonging to a major ethnic division of the human species characterized by skin color ranging from light to brown, hair varying from straight to curly ect.
so i dont think he is latino. Cause i think a latino is a person from latin america.

caucasian means white... hes portuguese and portuguese people are ummm im not really sure but hes not really latino but hes not caucasian so im not really sure
