What do you do with a mother in law...?

that finds joy in calling you and telling you about her bathroom activity? I know she doesn't really like me all that much but that's just nasty and she honestly doesn't think there is anything wrong with it. Worst part of it, my husband does it too. Like mother like son I guess. But what did I do to deserve such "dirty" talk?

Believe me, I have balls. But this woman hates me and subjects me to everything she can, even when she comes to my house. I was always taught not to disrespect my elders and I've never been able to say anything to her without it coming off really mean so I don't say anythng because my husband jumps me for it and sticks up for his mom. I might not have to live with her but I do have to live with him.

Not just bathroom activity but her sex life as well. Where she did it, how she did it, what her and her boyfriend bought at the sex store. She even tells my husband to walk up to me and grab my crotch as a sign that he loves me. I want to be loved not groped like a piece of meat.

Share about your own bathroom activities and experiences. Write an essay describing your most interesting bowell movement. Research and try a colon cleanse. Buy matching enemas for everyone. Try to sound excited about it. Print up T-shirts for everyone proclaiming "I Love to Potty!" See if it's enough to make them realize that their behavior stinks. And if not, just read a magazine next time she calls and say "uh-huh, really?, wow, etc..." without really listening.

It's nasty and i agree its hereditary in some people... My recommendation is tell them off in the face and put a stop to it once and for all. If it doesn't work, either you give up this kind of stupid marriage or find out their weak points then retaliate back. Give them a taste of their medicine by telling them something similar about yourself to piss them off back. If you need some tricks, do watch the Monster-In-Law DVD...

Eww. Thats crazy but have you tried giving them a dose of their own medicine? I know it's not you and its totally disgusting but try it. See how they react. If you go down the honesty path meaning telling them "You know, I'd rather not know..." They may find that offensive and think whatever negative thoughts. You could also go that route and they may surprise you and stop and to top it off they may even apologize. Good luck!

sounds like its normal talk for her. she taught her son to do the same thing. does she want to talk about anything elese in her phone conversations with you, or does she just call for the bathroom talk? when she starts with the dirty talk just tell her you have something important to do and end the call. and if she asks why you dont talk to her anymore, be honest with her. tell her you enjoy talking to her but would rather her leave her bowles out of it

if you married into it your stuck with it trust me i understand have some of the same problems so hear is my advise talk to him tell him how uncomfortable it makes you and see if he will change if not well that's why we love them for better or for worse

just go along with it be glad that she atlest feels comfortable enough to discuss heer private duty's with you.if it really bothers you gently let her know.
