If you have HIV you can not reinfect yourself! But if you have an STD depending on which one you can contract it in your eye as well.. Herpes virus for example and be transmitted to the eye and require medication directed specifically for the eye. And contact with an infected eye can be transmitted to others, even though there is no sexual contact! This is from both genital contact and seminal contact. And an infected eye can transmit the same way as genital herpes.. there does not have to be an "outbreak"

Well dude if you have HIV or any STD already, well then it doesn't matter, go ahead and **** yourself in the eye, it wont matter you can't get it more than you already have it. But if you don't have anything and you're clean, well once again go ahead and **** yourself in the eye if you want, you can't give yourself anythin. Hey, whatever floats your boat.

NOPE! U can't get HIV or STDs from someone negative... Unless u already have it... But you might have an eye infection coz there're millions of bacteria around your penis.

The short answer is no. Semen does not cause disease; sexual contact with semen that contains a virus or bacteria can cause a disease.

if it's your own, then you'd already have whatever STD or whatever. It can SPREAD to your eye that way, but if you didn't already have an STD then dont worry
