Before you go to bed, you should slather lotion with shea butter on your feet, then sleep with socks on. I know the feeling of sticky feet in socks isn't the best, but it really works.

First, go to Walmart or Kmart and get a foot sander. Get some peppermint oil and put it in warm water and soak your feet. Then when the skin is soft, wipe off your foot and sand off the dry skin. Take pure vaseline and put it on liberally and a clean sock. Sleep in the socks. Then, do the same thing for a few nights in a row. Once your skin on your heal is better start using a lotion every night and when it gets bad again do the same thing.
My feet used to be rough and really dry and hurt alot now they are soft and feel great, but you have to be dedicated to doing this every day!

Though it may just be dry skin with a simple cure of moisturizing lotion or Vaseline, it may also be a form of athletes' foot. You might want to have it checked out. Also, if/when you get rid of this condition, make sure that you get rid of the shoes. It is aboslutely infested with whatever is causing the conditon.

I had the same problem, so I started to use the stone foot buffer like thingy from Rite Aid or any other drug stores. I wash them every night before going to bed with the stone, put lotion on them and just to make sure, I used Lamicil or Lanacane (athletic feet medicine that starts with L). Now, I don't have the problem anymore. :)

go to a foot spa, use a lot of cream/vaseline, or consult a plastic surgeon, maybe you need collagen injected in the sole of your foot.
