neosporin actually works for this. i do it everytime i'm finished getting my eyebrows waxed.

keep a cold washcloth on the area for two minutes in the morning, as well as at night. try to not put any makeup on the area for a few days, allowing the skin to fully recover.

Nothing just let it rest a day or two because if you put anything on it it may clog your pores and make it worse
