If you can, always buy used. You'll get the best deals from upperclassmen. If that doesn't work, Amazon.com usually has a good used selection. Even with shipping, you can still save off the used prices in most campus bookstores.

The best I've found is www.half.com (a subsidiary of eBay.com).

When I worked at the university bookstore, I got into trouble once for mentioning that to a customer.
