this is a question that I'm very unsure about. Where do you think god came from?

God transcends time and space. God isn't limited by our concepts of a three-dimensional world. God created time and space. He is the origin. When time ends we will enter a timeless state (this is from John Clayton online). God is found in the past, present and future. We were created in his image.
**If there was more than one God then we would be witnesses to different Gods fighting throughout the universe, similar to the tales of the Greek and Roman Gods. Try recreating a simple fly. Where would we start. Yes, we can clone a fly, but how would we be able to create a fly from scratch. The nervous system alone would take an eternity. God, being self-existent implies his eternal existence.

God just always was. It's hard for us to grasp that, because our very existence is based on time - a beginning, a middle and an end. It's not like that for everything, though. Like wind. Does it really ever end, or does it just move on?

The quetsion is not where God came from it is where we came from, from Him. He is the start and end of everything. He was there from the beginning. Or at least thats wat Christians believe.
For others maybe they wanted a greater force, something to believe in to be able to have hope and put your faith in something

Actually,God is infinite and has no beginning or end. Man's finite mind can not fully understand this.

first... we need proof.. who is god... where is he... does he really exist... no matter how strongly we believe in him... do we base someone's existance just on our faith or belief... I strongly believe aliens exist among us... does that prove they are with us? So once you can let me know the answers to my Q... it will help me answer yours.
