Morneau was always expected to put up the kind of #s he is doing this year and he was injured while playing last year.
Texeira is still hitting well, but without the power he normally displays, he's now a weak 1B.
They're really the same gamble - whose a fluke and whose real. But remember Texeira does play 81 games in Arlington which is a hitter's park. I think its a little early to really think about this question: wait till next year and see what kind of offensive additions the twins and rangers add.

It depends where you're drafting. If you're talking about first round picks, I would not take either of them in the first round. Don't overrate Morneau too much. He was nothing special last year and you have to take that into account when you draft.
Don't let ONE YEAR be the deciding factor in your draft. The safe pick is Teixeira. I'm not saying Morneau will suck, just proceed with caution.
Look how many people got burned by Adrian Beltre after his 2004 season when they thought he finally reached his potential. He was drafted like he was a top 5 3B in fantasy. Now look at him two years later. He is hardly earning that $64M contract Seattle gave him, let alone being drafted in the top 10 3B in fantasy drafts.

Morneau has finally arrived. I've been taking him for 3 years running now. Tex has had an off year and has certainly slipped from top-15 territory like he was last year.
I wouldn't give up on him, he'll be back - and you might be able to steal him in the 3rd while Morneau goes in the 2nd next year.

mark texeira has lost his pop..he is still a good hitter but morneau has turned out better..i think texeira has peaked, though many believe he is still improving. justin morneau was always a prized prospect and he is finally living up to it. if texeira gets his power back its a toss up. if he doesn't (which means he could've been on steroids of HGH) then you go with morneau

it truly is an undemanding one. If the international receives too warm, we've shown that we are able to survive it because the "Cradles of Civilization" were in warm, dry elements. If the international receives chilly, then we've already shown that we are able to get up to ice a at the same time as, and that is with none "intense" technologies. If the international receives overpopulated, it is going to, out of necessity, stability itself out. i don't believe of we want to emphasise about surviving the subsequent 100 years. the actual question is a thanks to we keep the subsequent 100 years from turning out to be the subsequent darkish Age.
