It depends on which country you bought your PC from. For US, it's normally 110V. For countries in Asia except Japan, they used 220V-240V. Therefore, your UPS depends on your usage of it thou. Btw, some PC's power supply have a selection of using 110V or 220V. Be careful with that settings, less voltage won't hurt but too much of it will blow off.

Different UPS's put out different voltages. Some commercial units can put out very high voltages it all depends on the SPECs of the unit. Read the manufacturer's specifications of the unit in question to answer this on your own. Sorry I could not be of more help.

It depends on the country you are. In India it is 220-240V. You can run the PC directly without the UPS. So this is the same as what you get for electrical appliances. This is given in your manual. Just check it out.
