I use giganews with newleecher as the program. It costs 25 bucks a month but you get high speed servers. I download 4gig Dvd in about an hour on my fiber connection. You can get anything you want its great. Sign up for giganews through the newsleecher webiste so you can get the newsleecher for free. It is great stuff better then any P2P out there. Its alot more secure also.

Bittorrent is pretty good, and it is also free. I think you can download BitTorrent at download.com. As for finding the movie files, two good sites to try are isohunt.com and bushtorrent.com.
