? about Superstar mode in Madden 06?

How do you increase the exposure of your player more? And how do you change the personality type? Like right now mine says I'm a disruption... well I kinda don't want that lol

You get more exposure by winning more games I won the Superbowl and it skyrocketed but you can't change the personality just get a agent with the access to a training place
