First of all your fine the way u r. You will start gaining when the time is right. Myself and my brother was slender most of our teen yrs and me until appx 40. He joined a Health thing when he was appx 17 but I truly doubt thats what did it. It probably would have happened anyway. It seemed like he got muscular overnite. I took calcium (doctors orders) it took about 6 months before I slowly saw a difference but then I'm still not FAT.ha Alot is Im female-very petite (5ft weigh 119 49 yrs b4 I topped out at 98 lbs wore a 3 now weae 8). My brother is still very Muscular at 48. The best thing you can do stop worrying about it you will start gaining and ur body will build itself up!! But do try the vitimans and gym thing it certainly wouldn't hurt and it will build up some naturally. Be Happy!!

Put on about 15 lbs before you start body building.

Drink boost or ensure or another meal replacement drink with your meals. Exercise alot though cause you don't want the weight gain to look bad either:)

stock yourself up with carbo foods until you reach your desired body weight then perhaps you could start working out and begin trimming those muscles....
