Now here is a trick that DID work for me and the acne stayed gone for several months but it needs a trusty friend. You take a pen that clicks. Your friend unclicks the pen so that the tip is not out and then puts it on your pimple. Your friend presses down really hard and it will squeeze the infected pimple gunk into the pen. Your pimple might bleed. Your friend needs to make sure that ALL of the eewie gunk is out of your pimple. This HURTS like a @#$%* thats why you cant do it to yourself. If you do it to yourself you wont press hard enough. After you are done make sure to wash your entire face with hot soapy water. After the hot soapy water coat your face with a tooth paste. This will sting a little. After having the tooth paste on your face for about five or ten minutes rinse off the tooth paste with cold water and dry your face with a CLEAN towel. You should then make sure to wash your face when you get up and go to bed.

Cheap and simple. Drink 10 glasses of water every day- without fail. Wash your face morning and night with a cleanser, follow with a very warm cloth to steam your pore, then splash with very cool water. Pat dry. Use a light moisturizer. Stop eating all chips and fries. Drink no more sugary drinks. You will see a dramatic difference if you keep to all the above. good luck.

Try limiting your dairy consumption.
A 2005 Harvard study found a connection:
"Acne Associated with Dairy Intake…
A new Harvard study links dairy products to adolescent acne. A group of 47,000 women from the Nurses’ Health Study was asked to provide information about several aspects of their diet during high school as well as any incidence of physician-diagnosed severe teenage acne.
Researchers noted a positive association with total milk and skim milk consumption, along with instant breakfast drinks, sherbet, cottage cheese, and cream cheese.
No association was found with several other foods often thought to affect acne, including soda, french fries, chocolate candy, and pizza. The scientists postulate that hormones and bioactive ingredients found in milk may be responsible."

try tea tree oil, dab on the pimples & let it dried out naturally. never squeeze the pimples cos it will leave marks & scars. To prevent pimples from coming back, you could try changing your diet, cut down on fried food stuff & sugar coated drinks. Eat more vegs & drink more water...
