omg, i so no wut u mean! i can never apply it smooth and nice, it always comes out sloppy and bumpy, i donno y!

I know,its like just a little goes everywhere!
I think the pigment is really strong,and
maybe its an illusion that its everywhere!

Shaky hands? I've never had a problem applying it.
