i took a pregnancy test tonight and it had the line that was supposted to be there and then the faint line to tell if u are or not and if so this will be my 2nd child and with the first one it was just like this and here came my darling daughter so can it be again...i havent been regular for awhile but june i started on the 30th and july i didnt and its aug 9th and still no period so i took one and last tuesday i had a blood test taken and it said negitive so can i be or is it wrong or what?

I would doubt that you are pregnant if a blood test came out negative, but if you had a faint line, it is quite possible that you are. When I was pregnant with my daughter, three different brands of tests came out with a faint line and I was definitely preggo!

Definitely take another blood test. A false negative is MUCH more likely than a false positive.
You might even want to take another drug store stick test. Try taking the test first thing in the morning, if the hCG is present, the line will show up, faint or no. You only get the line if hCG is present, so a faint line is still a pretty good indicator that your pregnant.

Wait a week and have another blood test. Today's home pregnancy tests are very sensitive. A blood test is more accurate, but isn't as sensitive. A faint line is a positive... most likely you are pregnant. Congratualtions!

A faint line is still a line, so yes you could be pregnant. The prior tests could have been too soon so results could have been skewed. You should go to the doc's again if for anything else to figure out what's been going on with your period if turns out you're not pregnant.

nope the blood test is the best way of telling if your pregnant it can tell a Dr if your pregnant more early then a test kit will tell you. but if you still don't start then try another good luck. if still negative then go back to your Dr and find out what else could be going on.

Mine was faint too...and I'm preggy...You might be...too, your instincts are far more accurate than the blood test. just wait a few more days and check again.
