HALLELUJA BROTHER!!! I can believe that France is backing out and supporting the Arabian countries. France despratley wants to be the leader of European foreign Policy....which means that they should all be speaking Hadji here in a little bit.

If you're talking about the UN, check your facts.
Bolton, on behalf of the US, went to the French representative to try and work out a draft resolution. Then after they had a tentative agreement, Bolton changed things over and over again. The French weren't willing to give up some of the progress made just because of Bolton's flip flops. So, how is this their fault?
