I saw some at Nordstroms on Tuesday. && they were VERY cheap (like $30).
And i think Rock & Republic has mini skirts with Swarovski Crystals on them. Those are like $200 or so. Not TOO expensive, but kind of pricy i guess for some people.

Rock n Republic have hot jeans with rhinestones on the butt, check out some websites if you don't have a boutique near you.
I think Victora Beckham designed some for them!
