I use that when I get my computer froze because sometimes I run too many programs running at the same time. I think up to 2 times, not so often :)

Actually I prefer right clicking the taskbar and clicking Task Manager over the "3 fingered salute".

well...my dad's a control freak so he's made me a user but i constantly reset the administrator password so i push it to get into the screen to login to that account. i sue it at other times, too, so pretty often
