anyone knows where to get great halal buffets in hotels here in singapore ????

no pork no lard, there are many. truly halal, think there's only one - Royal Plaza at Scotts (hotel), opposite the Grand Hyatt.

The Grand Hyatt Straits Kitchen has a halal kitchen serving Asian cooking.
