yes it does weaken the selction...it should be purely on merit...whites are only a 30% of total SA popullation...but somehow they play better cricket than the blacks...as the blaks are most interested in soccer and other games...many white players would suffer from this ruling...its a pathetic decision to mak up 4 the past!

the belief at the back of the hollow gadget grow to be to assist human beings for a prior draw back history, via techniques of greater effectual training techniques, the hollow lot, witch in the beginning up grow to be far. regrettably this technique wasn't a huge fulfillment by way of fact that their bodies are not on par with the different infants, so as that they began pushing gamers into communities to make up the numbers which numbers you ask: in each and each provincial facet, U21's and down each and each team ought to encompass 13 previous draw back and 9 white teenagers. Unfortunatly this wasn't possible, why, the black teenagers have been nevertheless enjoying soccer, seen their game and not rugby, seen a white and coulered game. hence the implatation of the belief in senior rugby, so as that black teenagers can see black adults enjoying on t.v. and hence they're going to start to play themself, nicely it incredibly is the belief at the back of all of it. i'm hoping my explaination help. Cheers

It does weaken the selection. I remember when Justin Ontong got selected for his first test, its was only because of him being a coloured player, he got treated poorly by his team mates, and wasn't made to feel a part of the team.

No, it's only fair that there's a bit of affirmative action now to make up for the past. It's not like there's a huge amount of talent for you guys to choose from at the moment anyway!

NOT AT ALL.

THEY SUGGEST TWO BLACK PLAYER IN TEAM.

NTINI CEMENTED A PLACE.

ANOTHER ONE CHANCE GIVEN TO THE ELIGIBLE.

IF IT IS LIKE ZIMBABWE'S "TOTAL BLACK PEOPLE DOMINANCE" POLICY, IT WILL RUIN THE CRICKET.
