I dont get it. please help

My TV has great quality until my PS2 is turned on. I think that's the case with everyone. You should probably just play them on your computer or with a DVD player.

I would definitely take horsiegirl's suggestion. If you contact them, make sure you have plenty of info available, such as any serial numbers from the PS2, when it started acting up, do games play ok and it is just the dvd playing that gives trouble.

Good luck. and if the company won't or can't help, just go buy a dvd player.

Look at the bright side. At least it's playing DVDs. My DVD player chews 'em up and spits 'em out.

Buy a DVD player. it would cost more to have it fixed....i think

We had a similar problem, I called Sony and they had me send it to them, they fixed it and didnt charge us. It is something common with the PS2's. Worth contacting them!
