It's so hard to fall out of love. And so hard to stop thinking about the guy. Whenever you catch yourself thinking about him- ask if he's pining over you at that minute. Probably not. Move on. For
instance, if you're shopping and you see a shirt he'd like and you start to miss him- ask yourself if he's missing you.- Probably not. Move on. At night, does he cry for you? Probably not Move on.
I think it's not worth the time to pine over someone once it's gone.
And don't be so sure that you "messed it up". It could be that the two of you just weren't compatible. Go slowly.
Don't call him. Don't ask questions about him. Don't stalk him.
Nothing!!!!!!! Absolutely nothing. Assume he's gone. If he calls
out of the blue- then you know he was missing you and that 's a
good sign. And maybe he's learned something from the separation. If he doesn't call- well, you are that much further emotionally from him and that much closer to being able to look for another love.

go somewhere, meditate and think about your realtions with him. why do you want to get back? why do you mess up often? why does he take you back?
then cool things for a while by being friends. get things to a casual footing for a while. maybe that will help. at least if you do get back together, you might avoid making the same mistakes and you've gotten to know each other a little better.

I think if you know you are messing up then you should try and change whatever it is you are doing wrong. If you don't, then you are going to end up loosing him forever. A person can only take so much.

relax you sound as if you want to rule his life remember your a woman and he is the man, be a good girl, be wife shut up don't do alot of talking, don't stress him out and you sound as if you are arguing with him don't do that man hate that just keep your cool and you will see the difference o.k peace out.
