First, I was under the impression that the subway subs that are 6 grams of fat or less refers to only the bread, meat, and veggies. If I'm right then what you're eating is more than 6 grams of fat, because you have to add the fat and calories from the cheese, oil sauce, and mustard.

Second, I'm pretty sure you wont get fat if thats all you're eating. Check out the nutrition information on the side of any food box and it says that based on a 2,000 calorie diet (per day), you should have no more than 65 grams of fat. A beef raman I have says it contains 8 grams of fat, and 190 calories, so if you add that to your sub you are still well below 65 grams of fat and 2000 calories.

Third, if you're only eating a package of raman noodles and a sub all day, it doesnt sound like you're eating very healthy. A healthy lifestyle includes eating right, and exercising (as a number of posts have already mentioned). But it also includes your mental health, and the fact that you're paranoid about getting fat off the little bit you're eating makes me wonder...

sounds like you should eat more than that. You should have at least 6 small meals a day. just becuase you eat less does'nt mean you are going to lose weight. if you dont eat enough you are going to starve your body and when you do eat you are going to pig out. on top of the small meals you need to excercie at least an hour a day.

oil sauce is fattening. Mustard or BBQ sauce or any fat-free sauce would be fine. Low-fat salad dressing will sabotage your diet as it usually is still quite high is fat. Cheese bread is probably not the best choice. Cheese is very high in fat. Stick to your basic white or brown. The fancy breads might have more oil or high fat seeds in them.

It's the bread and the oil and the fat grams in them which will make you fat, only if you don't exercise. With everything, Moderation.

well, it depends on what else you eat during the day, how much you exercise, and the speed of your metabolism. cut back on calories by leaving the pepperjack cheese off! cheese is a lot of calories! but even if you want to keep it, that is a healthy sandwich. :)

It depends. Are you only eating this submarine sandwich and nothing more in the case of a whole day?
