Children's Hospital in DC will provide care to any child, regardless of ability to pay. Medicaid pays for children and for low-income adults in many states. No one will pay you directly, only pay your bills. There are likely other sources related to your specific condition and to the state you live in.

You could also go to Canada or England timed to need your surgery on an emergency basis and get it free. Too bad in America we don't consider health care a right.

Lots of times there are different corporations for specific kinds of surgeries. If yours isn't one of those, I would suggest that you find a large company that you have some connection with and write a meaningful letter to the president.
