it is 66.
the pattern is n^3 + 2
3= 1^3 + 2
10=2^3 + 2
29=3^3 + 2
????????
127= 5^3 + 2
218= 6^3 + 2
4th term = 4^3 + 2
= 64 + 2
= 66

Let's try :
3 = 3* 1 +0
10 = 3* 3 +1
29 = 3*9 +2
____= 3* x + y
127= 3*41+4
218 = 3*71+5
This is a combinaison of an arithmetic and geometric serie.
y = 3 as an arithmetic serie result
For x :
1 = 0* 0+1
3= 2*1+1
9= 4* 2+1
x = ? +1
41 = 10*4 +1
71 = 14*5 +1
so x=6 *3 +1 =19
so the number is 60
