i kept telling her not to worry there weren't any here cause they really watch what goes on here...now maybe she will believe me !

You never know what or who you're dealing with on a computer. They could tell you anything and you'd never know the difference. Be very careful about the info. you give out. Never give anyone anything that would make it easy to find you.

They might look like younger guys. You can't tell. Anyone that tries to pick up on you can be anyone. There are guys disguised as girls, girls disguised as guys, old trying to look young, young trying to look older. You name it. You just can't tell. Just don't give out personal information or let anyone hit on you.
Please ask your mom to watch you when you are on the internet, and tell her that this site has some good advice.

Be very careful. I have a daughter I'm concerned too and you never know who the real person is behind the avatar. Be leery of everyone you talk to.
