What is meant by that, since I seem to be the only one to actually understand what you are asking, is an answer is what is received to your question. A comment is something you do after a best answer has been chosen. You can go back into a question you answered(Or any Resolved Question), for example, and make a comment right under the best answer where it says add/view comments.

A remark is what you're able to do at the same time as a question has been resolved, after that's been replied and after that's been in vote casting for suited answer with the help of the total YA community if the fellow who requested the question did not p.c.. a suited answer in 4 days, or 8, in the adventure that they prolonged how lengthy the question replaced into open to being replied. that is the version. click the "Resolved" tab to work out the resolved questions.

when a question is resolved look directly under the "best answer" and you will see something that says add or view comments ..that is where you can make a comment about the question or the best answer, i think this is what your wanting to know if not then the difference between a comment and an answer would be like ..someone asks, why is the sky blue..a comment would be ..i have wandered that my self and an answer would be what the person answering believes to be a fact maybe even with a link backing up the answer..so on one hand you have someone not really answering just commenting on your question but on the other you have what someone thinks is an answer to your question.

In comparison....the difference between an answer and a comment is like an article and an editorial. The comment is an opinion....the answer is a fact, mostly comes from experience and knowledge.

An answer gives information that answers a question. A comment just states an opinion on the question (This question sucks, etc).

An answer would address the question directly, just as I have done; a comment passes judgment on the question or the asker ("What kind of crap question is that?")
