I bought one a few years back from HSN and used it about 3 times when my stomach started hurting, but not like a work out hurting. but i didn't think anything of it and then when i got up the next moring my stomach was almost completly numb. i went to the doctor and he said it was a pre syndrome shock from the electric muslce contractors. he recommeded physical theraphy for 6 weeks so i could be able to move freely without injuring my self again.

I don't have any experience. But you know what they say. No pain no gain. So even if the stumulator works, you still would feel the pain, and your muscles would be sore. Otherwise your muscles wouldn't be getting a work out.

absolutely not! It might give you a nice shock. A fraternity brother of mine actually bought one of those for kicks. It doesn't work at all. Exercising your abs, eating healthy, and cardiovascular training all have to do with getting a six-pack.

Don't waste your money, I did. The science of it is sound but either not yet perfected or we wouldn't be able to afford a real one.

Nah, they don't work. Any of these ab belts don't work, and that includes the sauna belt.

hell no.
you've gotta work that gut with old fashioned hard work. Remember though, don't matter how tight them abs are, if you've got a layer of fat covering them, you won't see 'em
