You have to make sure you match up all the signs that they're talking about as soon as you can. If you take too long they lose patience. You gotta be their best friend and flirt with them. You have to flirt with them for about 3, 4 times until your Sims are on the floor with hearts flowing up. (that means they got more than interactive =P) You can then invite them to be your roomate, and they'll live in the same house with you.

Either make one, go by the turn on and turn offs you put when you make the sim, try to match up the astrology signs, if you have the The Sims 2: Nightlife expansion pack call the pshyic lady.
