Small groups, doctors, government, companys seem to wish to control the population. Some are good, restrict the honest person too much. Today it is over weight, do they have a right to tell to diet? Smoking, is this a way not to treat the smoker and try to kill them off. Laws are past against weapons, weapons do dot hurt, it is the criminal who does and are armed. White collar crime, they do not go to jail. Most just get fired. The lower class and ill people go to jail, they can not defend themselves no funds. The trend is we find our srlves with too few rights with a poor excluse protecting us. I would rather have risk and live free, is not what America was in the past.

As they say we are supposed to live in a free society here in the united states. Well there is nothing free in our society. If we keep letting our Representatives in Washington D.C. alone to make the laws we live by we might as well give up. As Americans we need to unite under the Constitution and send a copy to every American who feels that are rights under the constitution and the bill of rights are slowly being striped away from us. Look at the 2nd amendment the politicians want to take away our only right to defend our selves against oppression from our own government and local law enforcement agency's. If you look at what history has provided is that if you don't stop the people who make the laws we don't want to live by then you vote them out of office. Well if the people in this country say they are free then why are they afraid to see a free individual. It scares the living hell out of them because they are afraid. We as a people and as Americans have to stand up to big goverment and finally say no we have had enough we will not give up any more. Adolf Hitler was the first person in the seat of power to have gun control and look what it did to the people of Germany.. Did gun control help them...NO!!! it did not. So what is needed here is the truth to be told and not let the goverment dictate our policies to us for we are a government of the people for the people and by the people... These are words that the founding fathers fought and died to give all people in the here and now the freedom to choose what they want. They died to give us the freedom to persue happiness to best of our ablities and not be repressed by the goverment.
As for our Judical system it has become a farce to the many who have done wrong and were caught. they do deserve to be punished but the white collar criminal knows that they will only get a slap on the wrist. We as Americans need to stand up and tell our goverment that just because they didn't kill anybody that is no reason for them to get off scott free. the lawmakers and our judges need to impose the same rules on these people as if they were a murderer or a theif just because they use different weapons doesn't mean they aren't just as guilty as other criminals. I feel taking away the eldery's hard earned savings to have to pay for the white collar criminals discressions and failures they have to pay higher costs to survive in our society when they helped build our society. We should be taking better care of our Seniors, Veterans and homeless...
But in our society we tend to look the other way because it doesn't concern us well it does in the long run. We the People of the United States of America in order to form a more perfict union we establish this Constitution where all men are created equal and have certian inevatable rights...... I can't remember all of the words but look it up and you will be amazied to what you can find and learn about our country. If more people were as interested as you are it wouldn't take very long to change this country we live in...........

Let us face it fair in square, those things happened all over the world, especially in third world countries. Here in PI (Phil.), if you are a member of the LEO and shot a robber or kidnapper, the human rights group will go behind you, trying to catch your neck and hang. But, if LEO is killed in the line duty, those stupid advocates of human rights keep their eyes closed and their mouth shut. What kind of human rights they are representing?

Nobody is trying to control you. Companies, for example, that drug test are only trying to protect themselves. If you don't believe in that, don't work for a company that drug tests. Ask Jeff Skilling about white collar criminals not going to jail. LOL!

Our current administration claims to want 'less' govt but has actually increased the size of it. More so than the great Republican bogeyman Clinton.

Meanwhile, they claim to want less govt intervention in American lives but are very quick to try and legislate our bodies and minds.

It's all smoke and mirrors while they rape the Earth for monetary gain.

HA! That'll be the day. The US dislikes it's president, the economy is hurting, jobs are being outsourced. Don't see any comparison what so ever there. The place is a joke!

Its only going to get worse, because we let it happen time and time again. And those who stand up and do anything are domestic terrorists, treasonous.Washington and the rest of our founding fathers are spinning in their graves at the speed of light. And we the people do nothing to take America back, and make it great again.

Thank You, Yes, this has been happening for many years and needs to STOP, we are now in an era that makes us all OUTCASTS in OUR AMERICA. We have no legal rights any more.
What is left to do is but to celebrate death for us as we can't have a life of freedom.
