i;m 19 and have never had a girlfriend should i just give up or has someone had a similar situation that turned out good afterward

Hang in there... I never had any boyfriends until I went to college...
Just be true to yourself, keep your fingernails clean, and good hygene, of course.
Hang out with a new group of friends, find a new job, go out to places where there are people - smile.. but most importantly - be yourself!

It would seem that you need to learn english first...it might be hard to get a gf if she doesn't understand you.
