>Eat less and exercise more.
This is not only realistic, it's the only way. Sorry.<

I lost 5 kg (sorry I don't know how much is that in lb's), by not eating carbs (bread, rice, pasta, biscuits, so basically anything that contains flour n starch) after 3pm, and also not mixing those foods with meat, only with vegetables, but I did have veggies with meat. The rason for this was that starchy foods need alkaline in your stomach to digest, while meat needs acid, so the two would clash in the stomac so it would take long time to digest, adn number of nutriens was lost etc. this is called food combinating. Keep trying until you find what works for you, no two people are the same, everyone has individual needs. You can also visit a nutritionist or dietician (at local clinic where they have GP's), who could check your blood, body mass index etc, and give you some advice of what's ideal for you...

Try a Super B Complex vitamin it boots energy and metabolism all naturally. Also try to drink at least 8 to 10 8oz glasses a water a day. I walk two miles a day I have bad discs in my back and my doctor said fast paced walking will do just as well as a aerobics workout. Also watch what you eat and drink, foods have a lot of hidden sugars in them. I hope this helps

If you are eating the same way you did when you were losing weight, then it is possible that you have a thyroid condition known as hypothyroidism. Google thyroid disease and check the other symtoms to see if any apply. If they do, go talk to your doctor.
If your thyroid isnt the problem, eat as healthy as you can, get plenty of exercise and plenty of rest. Dont skip meals, it slows down your metabolism. Eating 6 small meals a day keeps your metabolism up...as long as it's healthy food.
Dont get discouraged, you can do it!

Asses you diet, cut out salt, and fats mainly, it wouldn't hurt to cut down on refined food life, sweets, white bread, and white rice. Exercise until you are really sweating. Consult your doctor or join a gym. Exercise regularly.

the age old cure if you don't have a medical condition is burn more calories than you consume and get on a exercise program of some type.
