Diarrhea is one term, "the runs" is another. The first refers to liquidy...stuff, while the second refers to having to make frequent trips to the bathroom.
"Montezuma's revenge" is slang for "the runs" you get from drinking unclean water (usually in a foreign country, Mexico specifically).
