Can anyone tell me a cheap hotel in amsterdam something in the region of 20-30 euros/night. Im lookin to stay 4 a week.

Try the Dutch version of the YMCA: stayok hostels. They're not only for youths anymore, they even have rooms for two persons.
Three hotels in AMS, about 20 euro per person per night.

I thoroughly recommend the Flying Pig Hostels for the youthful, though of course it depends what you want from your stay...

the botel is good, although not quite that cheap(but you get breakfast). try easytobook.com. otherwise there is a hostel in the Vondelpark which is cheap and clean.
